CONTRACT PROPOSAL WRITERS
Inkwell thrives on writing winning proposals. We are seeking proven professionals with extensive experience in putting together proposals to win bids. The Contract Proposal Writer will be responsible for writing non-profit and federal government proposals for our clients.
Qualified candidates for this position will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism. In addition, a minimum of two to four years experience in a proposal writing/technical writing role. This experience should include exposure to responding to RFI, RFP and RFQs.

EDITOR
Are you detailed-oriented and have a command of the English language? If so, Inkwell is seeking a seasoned Editor to join its team. The Editor will develop written editorial content for external and internal communications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for editing all writing assignments relating to marketing, communications, grants and proposals. In addition, will coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, graphic illustrators and writers to ensure deadlines are met.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or English preferred. Experience may be substituted for education. The Editor must have excellent proofreading skills, verbal and written communication skills.

GRAPHIC ILLUSTRATOR
Inkwell seeks a creative Graphic Illustrator. This position requires an innovative thinker with attention to detail, organizational skills, design talent and listening skills. The Graphic Illustrator will work closely with writers, editors, vendors and the President.
The successful candidate will creatively design and produce various print materials. The Graphic Illustrator will collaborate with the public relations strategist to create brochures, advertising, branding and identity campaigns, websites and other marketing/communications assignments.
Inkwell prefers a bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing and/or at least two years of experience in design is required. Expert knowledge of and skill in the use Quark or InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator at a minimum as well as traditional tools of the design profession. In addition, skilled in design, layout, typography, typesetting, pre-press production and printing.
Experience with interactive web design is a plus, but not required.

MARKETING STRATEGIST
Do you enjoy strategizing and promoting companies? Does implementing a plan to increase new business appeals to you? If so, Inkwell has a Marketing Strategist position. The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for strategically planning, developing and implementing marketing programs to support Inkwell's business objectives.
Inkwell's Marketing Strategist will provide planning and implementation support for client expansion and new business development activities. The candidate will develop and manage specific marketing/business development programs and projects identified by President. The Marketing Strategist will participate in market research/analysis and information development/ management. In addition, the candidate will provide results assessment and reporting; draft information and materials for use in marketing and communications channels: pitches, submission to listings/directories, other media; internal reference documents, website, and printed material.
The successful candidate will possess a BS/BA degree in marketing, business, research or communications-related field; a graduate degree is desirable. Inkwell requires a minimum of four years of demonstrated success in a marketing and/or business development-related position, either in the professional services or in a comparable position in the corporate or public sector is required.

Inkwell seeks a Public Relations Strategist to join their team. The PR Strategist will be responsible for strategically planning, developing and implementing public relations programs designed to support Inkwell's business objectives. The PR Strategist will research and strategically plan public relations programs for Inkwell. The candidate will prepare media lists and send out standard press releases, announcements, and invitations. Qualified candidates for this position will have a BS/BA degree in Communications or Journalism and a minimum of 2 years professional public relations/communications experience in a corporate or public relations agency or 12 years of related experience. Inkwell would also like the PR Strategist to have a proven track record of success with new launches, media events, trade shows supports and other high-profile activities.
